The facility offers short term rehabilitation services including physical, speech and occupational therapy, as well as long term skilled care for those that might need that service.
This is accomplished in a comfortable, homelike environment where our residents, families and staff are able to experience a family type atmosphere.
Senatobia Healthcare & Rehab is currently recruiting for a Staffing Coordinator at our long-term care facility in Senatobia, Mississippi.
Description of duties:
- Manage day to day staff scheduling while monitoring daily to manage and reduce overtime.
Managing staffing schedules will require evening and weekend availability by phone.
- Responsible for implementing recruiting strategies to fill open departmental positions.
- Able to professionally interview potential staff by conducting facility tours, explaining the job description, discussing pay and benefits.
- Review staff schedules and research ways to improve scheduling along with ways to improve staff retention and reduce call-offs related to scheduling.
- Able to generate and produce reports for facility management.
- Other duties as assigned Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a staffing position or similar role - Minimum of 1 year of experience in Healthcare (preferred) - Must have good organizational and time-management skills - Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills - Critical thinker with a problem-solving mind Job Type:
